By commissioning me, I will assume that you have already read and agreed with all rules written here.

GENERAL

Commercial and personal use are welcome, commercial have different price.
Client must use their real Twitter/instagram account to order (vtuber account is okay), anonymous account is prohibited.
Please provide clear references with an image.
Start working on client's commission based on the waiting list, please kindly wait for your turn. If you buy a rush order, I will prioritize your commission.
One client counted as one slot. One client can order more than one piece.
The results will be sent in high-quality PNG through Google drive. please save your commission results as soon as possible.
I have the right to refuse your order if I find it uncomfortable to do.

Payments

Payment via Vgen and BNI/ BCA/ GoPay for local.
Payment must be paid at least 50% upfront and fully paid after final sketch.
All the prices listed here are base prices, any addition will be charged.

USE

You may use the commission as personal decoration, banner art, etc with proper credit.
You may print out the commission for personal use only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
(PERSONAL)

I may upload the artwork, with commission watermark for promotion and portofolio purposes.
Client must acknowledge and credits TUNA MAYO as the original artwork creator / artist.
Client can't sell or taking profit from the commission.
Client can print the commission for personal use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
(Commercial)

I may upload the artwork, with commission watermark for promotion and portofolio purposes.
Client must acknowledge and credits TUNA MAYO as the original artwork creator / artist.
Clients can use the artwork for streaming, advertising, and sell the artwork as merchandise.
Commission for V-tuber clients: Except for personal use, any usage related to V-tuber activities (stream schedule, video thumbnail, promotion, gift for fans,...) are considered commercial works.

Revisions

Revisions only done on sketching phase, after that I will only take revisions for color-adjustments.
Unlimited Minor revisions.
Major revision will incur a 40% charge of the total commission price.
What counts as major revision? Changing the overall body proportions, changing the pose, concept, changing the character’s angle, changing character's outfits.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The work will be completed within two~four weeks at the latest.
Feel free to contact me on my social media every week to ask for a commission progress.
Commission progress will be updated in my Trello.

REFUNDS

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

Copyrights

Editing/using/reprint/reproduce in any way is prohibited unless you’re the owner/commissioner or you've got the owner/commissioner and my permission.
Character/OC/Fanart belong to their respective owners, I only hold the copyright for the art that I made for them.
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (when it was a personal use artwork) considered copyright infringement.
